      How to HEAT MY Gel Cap

      • Heat the gel cap flat in the microwave for 30 seconds.
      • Remove and carefully test temperature against your skin.
      • If its not hot enough, reheat in 10 increments.

      How to COOL MY Gel Cap

      • Place gel cap in freezer for a minimum of 2 hours for best results.
      • Touch test the temperature, freeze further if necessary.
      • If too cold, allow to thaw for a few minutes before use.
