1. Unscrew the cap and fill the bag up to two-thirds full (approx. 600 ml) with a mix of ice and cold water. Adjust the ice-to-water ratio for desired level of comfort.
2. Secure the cap tightly and check for leaks.
3. Perform a touch test. If too cold, allow the bag to warm slightly before applying.
4. Place foot on elasticated base with heel at the back. Wrap ice-filled flaps around the ankle. Secure with adjustable strap and apply compression for a comfy fit.
5. Elevate and rest your limb for best results.
Recommended use up to 20 minutes with 1-hour intervals

Empty the bag and allow it to air dry.
Clean with a damp cloth as needed.
