Very handy. I keep the gel pack in the freezer to use when the kids come home with injuries
Heating your MY Gel pack Microwave Method Heat the gel pack in microwave for 40sec Carefully remove and test temperature against skin Massage the pack to spread the heat If not hot enough, reheat in 10 sec increments Hot Water Method Boil about 4L of water remove the water Carefully remove and test temperature against skin Massage the pack to spread the heat If not hot enough, reheat in 10 sec increments Insert the prepared gel pack into the fabric sleeve. Position over the affected area and use the strap to achieve desired fit. For limbs. double wrap the strap around the area. For larger areas such as your back, wrap around once.
Strap stretches from 70cm - 115cm
Simply wipe down with a damp cloth and sir dry. Do not soak in water, tumble dry or machine wash.
