How to HEAT MY Gel Cap: • Heat the gel cap flat in the microwave for 30 seconds • Remove and carefully test temperature against your skin • If it is not hot enough, reheat in 10 second increments How to COOL MY Gel Cap: • Place gel cap in freezer for a minimum 2 hours for best results • Touch test the temperature, freeze further if necessary • If too cold, allow to thaw for a few minutes before use
