HOW TO USE
It's as easy as 1–2–3
Cool MY Knee Gel Pack
Place the removable gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Heat MY Knee Gel Pack
Microwave the removable gel pack for approximately 45–60 seconds.
Sit Back & Relax
Fit the gel pack into the wrap and secure the straps. Use for up to 20 minutes every 2–4 hours.
Carefully test the temperature before applying. Always follow the supplied instructions.

Benefits of the Knee Wrap
One reusable wrap combines targeted hot or cold therapy, an adjustable fit and light compression around the knee. The removable gel pack lets you choose warming or cooling to suit your routine.
Instructions for use
Heating
Microwave the gel pack for approximately 45–60 seconds. Test the temperature carefully and massage the pack to distribute the heat evenly. If needed, reheat in 10-second increments.
Cooling
Place the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Check the temperature before use; allow it to thaw briefly if too cold.
Fit the gel pack into the knee wrap and adjust the straps comfortably. Recommended use: up to 20 minutes every 2–4 hours. Always read and follow the instructions supplied with your product.
Size & care
One-size design with adjustable straps measuring 40 cm. Wipe the wrap with a damp cloth and air dry. Do not soak, machine wash or tumble dry.
