Intended Use

The MY Hot/Cold Neck & Shoulder Wrap is designed to provide targeted hot, cold or room-temperature therapy across the neck and shoulders. Its weighted design provides comforting coverage and may assist with muscular tension, body aches, general discomfort, relaxation and muscle recovery.

Instructions for Use

For Heat Therapy
Place the room-temperature wrap flat on a clean microwave plate. Based on an 1100W microwave, heat for 2 minutes, carefully touch-test the temperature, turn the wrap around and heat for a further 1 minute and 20 seconds. If required, reheat in 20-second increments. Always test the temperature before application and do not exceed 4 minutes total heating time. Different microwave wattages may require adjustments.

For Cold Therapy
Place the room-temperature wrap inside a plastic bag and freeze for a minimum of 2 hours. Touch-test before use. If the wrap feels too cold, allow it to thaw for a few minutes before applying. Recommended use is up to 25 minutes every 2 to 4 hours.

Precautions

Always carefully test the temperature before handling and application.

Do not use on wounded or broken skin.

Discontinue use if the outer covering is damaged or leaking.

Not suitable for children under 3 years. Children over 3 should be supervised by an adult.

Cleaning & Storage Instructions
