- 1Choose warming or cooling
Cold therapy: Place the removable gel pack in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours.
Hot therapy: Remove the gel pack from the wrap. For an 1100W microwave, heat for 1 minute, turn over, then heat for another 30 seconds, following the supplied instructions.
- 2Fit your wrap
Insert the prepared gel pack into the fabric sleeve. Position around the abdomen or lower back and fasten the adjustable strap comfortably without overtightening.
- 3Sit back & relax
Use for up to 20 minutes at a time, or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
Always carefully test the gel pack temperature before applying. Follow the supplied product instructions and do not apply excessive heat or cold directly to the skin.
